Hi Dominique
Read an article about you at the Halleys (Devonport)-friend of the family. I am new to blogging & having great fun with it but also want to develop a business from it, not necessarily selling product but from advertising (preferably not google) or sponsorship. As you seem to be on the page that blogging has potential to be a big advertising medium for companies, wondering if you could give me any insights eg would logo placement be effective? Hope you dont mind me contacting you using this forum. Enjoyed reading through your blog
Regards
Maree

Hi Maree,
Thanks for your comment. It’s the first time I’ve heard that there is an article at Halleys Lampland (my lovely Aunt and Uncle pour a lot of love and sweat into the place).
It is really hard to make a living from blogging because you need to attract an engaged audience then create content that they actually want to read/receive. There are a lot of great websites out there that can give you a lot more information and they are definitely worth subscribing to:
- Daily Blog Tips
- ProBlogger
- Top 10 blog tips
- Top rank blog
They publish a lot of great content daily and it would be the best place to start. Good luck and hope everything goes well for you.
Cheers,
Dom
